A note from Clare:

It can be both daunting and freeing to ask for help. Maybe you are feeling stuck, burnt out, depressed, or seeking healing from something that haunts you. You might be carrying anxiety about the future, navigating difficult relationship dynamics, or grieving a significant loss. Your experience is your own, and by reading this page, you’ve already taken a courageous step. I welcome you.

My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and curious space where you can be unapologetically yourself. My approach is person-centered and relational, meaning you are the driver, and I am here to help navigate the journey.

My practice is grounded in Psychodynamic theory and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Using IFS means we will explore the different “parts” of you—the inner voices that try to protect you, build you up, or sometimes tear you down. By understanding these parts, we can heal old wounds and change how you interact with your environment.

While our work is centered on deep exploration, I also integrate practical skills. I am a certified provider for Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Motivational Interviewing, and I incorporate training and tools from other behavioral therapies. This blend allows us to process deep-rooted emotions and patterns while building concrete coping skills for the present.

I work with clients from diverse backgrounds facing depression, grief, trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions like medical diagnoses, career changes, or breakups. Whatever unique path brought you to this moment, I am here to support you. If you are ready to take the next step, I invite you to book a free consultation.
